MY ARTISTIC APPROCH
My journey began in the Bas St-Laurent (Lower Saint-Lawrence) in 2006, where I took painting lessons with Mrs. Marie Voyer IAF (Institut des Arts Figuratifs). Mrs. Voyer suggested to her students that they go and paint in the beautiful Charlevoix region. It was during one of those creative moments that painting would become a passion and an essential hobby in my life.
Over the years, I have moved to a different city and I am now located in Quebec since 2013. I continue to dedicate time to this passion and my artistic approach progresses with Mr Gérard Boulanger. My main objective is to compose canvases that reflects myself, with warm colors and bright lights. Art is a way for me to be fulfilled and to share my enjoyment of life.
My aim is to simplify objects with a single brush stroke, but my foremost desire is to translate an image into my own language,
giving me great freedom of expression. Painting allows me to express
myself without words but rather with colors.
